We’re proud to share that three members of the Tir Collective team are now qualified Building with Nature Assessors: Lee Morris, Louise Ball, and Emma Llewellyn.
Building with Nature (BwN) is the UK’s first green infrastructure benchmark, setting the standard for high-quality, nature-led development. It provides a robust, evidence-based framework for delivering multifunctional green infrastructure, ensuring schemes support people, place, and planet from the outset.
As qualified BwN Assessors, our team can now support clients through the full process of applying the BwN Standards, from early-stage advice through to formal assessment and accreditation. Whether you’re aiming for compliance, design quality, or full certification, we can help you integrate green infrastructure that meets both policy requirements and the ambitions of your development.
We’re already applying the BwN framework across housing, mixed-use, and regeneration projects – embedding nature-led design thinking from concept to delivery.
