The Ceredigion Planning Committee has unanimously approved our housing project on the edge of the village of Llanarth. This has been a great project to work on for Obsidian Homes and we look forward to seeing it move forward in its development. A green infrastructure-led approach resulted in the retention of mature treelines and hedgerows, which provide a setting for diverse grasslands and sustainable drainage features.
