Emma Hayes
Emma is a Chartered Landscape Architect with over 12 years’ experience working on projects throughout Wales and England. Emma produces Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments (LVIA), Landscape Visual Appraisals (LVApp), and townscape assessments, including tall buildings in city centre locations. She has a particular interest working on renewable energy developments, battery storage sites, residential and regeneration projects as well as world-class sport and leisure facilities.
Alongside assessment work, Emma prepares landscape and green infrastructure strategies, working collaboratively with large multi-disciplinary teams to ensure successful outcomes of development proposals. More recently, Emma has been working closely with Drainage Engineers for SAB schemes, and Ecologists for Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG)/enhancement.
Outside of work, Emma is a tennis fan. She worked as a line judge at 10 Wimbledon Championships and the London 2012 Paralympic Games. And yes, Emma has been hit by a tennis ball, but that story is for another time!
