Tir Collective produced the LVIA Chapter for the Environmental Statement relating to the proposed mineral development near Ryall, Worcestershire.  The minerals extraction is for sand and gravel and includes the restoration to agriculture and nature conservation that includes ponds, wetlands, hedgerows and lowland mixed woodland and meadows.

The LVIA assessed the five phases of extraction across the site followed by the restoration proposals.  The site is located close to an existing minerals extraction site and cumulative assessments formed an important part to the LVIA.  Another key consideration were residential receptors close to the site and views from public rights of way in the near vicinity.
