Land North of Dinas Powys, Vale of Glamorgan

Tir Collective assisted with a feasibility study for a green field site located between Dinas Powys and Cardiff. Our study helped to define the extent of the development based on a strategic review of LANDMAP, landscape character and designations.

Our landscape and visual assessment defined landscape and visual receptors relating to the potential development site. A mitigation strategy was prepared based on a connected network of green infrastructure and multi-functionality. While creating an attractive setting for development the landscape incorporates active travel, sustainable drainage, plan, and a variety of habitats to increase biodiversity.
